Dictionaraoke is the creation of parodies of popular songs using karaoke style backing music combined with backing vocals that are audio pronunciation samples downloaded from online dictionaries. The official Dictionaraoke site can be found here

This project was designed to be an introduction to file conversion and audio editing and production.

The original music files were MIDI and converted to .wav files for editing

The classes used the open source software Audacity for editing
